I've been craving fish and chips soo bad Phan!!! Again always speaking to my heart!!! I love malt vinegar and lemon squeezed on my fish and fries (chips) and even though I get ranch and tar tar I tend to dip everything in the tartar more than ranch. I get the ranch for the fries but with the vinegar and lemon juice paired with tar tar it's the absolute best. We just need to travel and eat together one day. I'll pay! There is a greek dish with mashed potatoes + garlic and fried fish (hake). We only eat it once in a year on 25th March, on that day greeks are celebrating their independance day. For brunch, I squeezed pancake syrup on my 2 waffles and 2 smoked sausage links that I ate. I squeezed grape jelly on my toasted bread slice that I ate. I ate scrambled eggs and drank some orange juice. For dinner, I ate 3 plain, oversized tacos (shells and seasoned beef) I drank my soft drink.

i have low iron and i do believe fish has iron in it, but i’m also a really picky eater and havent had fish for my whole life, ironically your fried fish videos are my favorite so i’m gonna expand my pallet and try fish and chips!!!

@@nialg if you make a spinach smoothie with orange juice in it, that builds up your blood. The orange juice makes the iron content of the spinach better. Also, calves liver has high iron content and can be cooked in many flavourful ways. My favourite is dark chocolate...Two squares a day helps the blood. Green & Blacks is best 👌

Oh…Mmmmm…delicious! I love cod. Cod is so flaky and tender. It’s also known as butterfish. Cod is good nitsuke-style (simmered in shoyu, sugar, mirin)…so good! Is malt vinegar strong? I’ve never had, gotta try. 😋

Ohhh I never made it using cod before!! I’ve made something similar but with a whole tilapia. I would stuff it with slices of ginger and whole green onions then when it’s almost done I add a handful of cilantro on top and pour a oil soy sauce over the top to finish cooking. I haven’t made it in so long! Yes it’s sorta strong smelling. My kids were saying something smells funny 🤣

Swap out the vinegar on the fish for lemon instead tastes better although malt vinegar goes better on chips
