I never get to either. My family (husband & daughter) make me feel like a piece of crap for wanting to take a nap during the wknd sometimes. Yesterday was Mother's Day, my 10th year without my Mama, and the first couple of years were absolute hell. However it has gotten easier as time passes but sometimes it still hits me really hard, this being one of those years. My husband & daughter pick yesterday to drag me through the mud and make me feel like a sorry ass wife, Mama and all around worthless person. ABSOLUTE WORST DAY in my life other than the day my Mama passed away. And that means A LOT because of all that I've been through in the past 13 years! Before that, my life was amazing. When your husband's therapist tells you that the 2 of us have been through more in the 8 years or so that she worked with us, then I think that says it all!! After staying with him and fighting by his side & not letting him give into the corporate giants in a workers comp case going on since 2007, you would think he would understand that I love him and am in this for the long haul but it breaks my 💔 when the support isn't reciprocated and I'm blamed for wanting a day to myself!! Sorry for the rant but I don't have close friends to confide in. Peace, Love & blessings to y'all❣

I know you love your family but please don't feel bad to want a day off or to rest for a while. If they can't accept that, then oh well, that's their problem. Love yourself first, honey. Your body and mind only have you to rely on. You take care of your own self, aights.
