I'm so appreciative of what you do! I was on sleep meds for almost 20 years due to add and insomnia and the meds caused my body a lot of damage. Because of you, I no longer take them! I've never been able to say thank you to you because I only see you at bed time and when I start watching you I'm usually lights out within 10 min.
