It’s not spinach but don’t you think if you blend spinach on a blender it will have the same color or some smoothie with some greens in it, the sauce or soup they are eating is called bitter leaf so when blended it has that color and it has a bitter sweet umami taste, it’s very very healthy in Nigeria it can be use as a treatment for flu and also baby mother that just had a baby, hopefully I answered your question
