Playing paper Mario 64 as I listen to this! Loving these game store role plays. I watch them often and I fall asleep. I'm watching them right after I got of work today and it's the first time I've made it to the end of them. Really good series. Glad to see that the younger generations are enjoying the N64 as much as I did as a youth. I still play Ocarina Of Time on 3DS from time to time just to recapture the nostalgia that I got as a child.

I went through the effort (it was actually fun) of collecting for the N64 original hardware for about 5 years and I now acquired 74 games of which I love. I have a grey console and a smoke one, and I have two of each color controllers. I am very proud of my collection and I play N64 at least once a week. The N64 is my favorite console and my favorite controller (even though it's everyone's least favorite).

@@fartfacefromspace5678 If it's a first person shooter, you might like to use your dominant hand in the center. for most other games like platformers, racers, snowboarding, etc, you'd use your left hand in the middle. For Tony hawks pro skater and a couple others you would want to use your left hand on the far left to use the D-pad for most precise tricks.

@@fartfacefromspace5678 in games that use the joystick use your left hand on the middle and right on the buttons also putting your index finger on the trigger with your left hand only while using the joystick. Some 2nd games you want to use the dpad and buttona

Not sure if you realise but even though you are speaking quietly you are pronouncing every consonant perfectly which provides the impression you're an expert in whichever field you are role-playing. As insanely relaxing as this video is, my intrigue as to which games you were going to reveal one after the other, kept me from JUST barely falling asleep the first time around 🤣 But yeah - the N64 is an amazing console. My 11-year-old son loves playing it with me these days! Mario Kart 64, Goldeneye, Mortal Kombat 4, Cruis’N World, and Turok 2 have been some of his favorites :)

@@FallingUpASMR When I get to replay the N64 zelda's (especially ocarina) it is so magical and pure nostalgia - when I play majoras mask I swear that it's even better than ocarina of time (until I play ocarina again!), to me it's like part 2 were everything is now ok in hyrule and we're seeking a new adventure!

The 64 was my first console and super Mario 64 was the first game I ever played. My dad bought it when he had to work away from my mom, and just wanted to relax at night (before I was born). And once I turned 4 he gave me it. I am now about to graduate college with a degree in game design, when I first learned that I could become a game developer exactly a decade ago that’s what I’ve wanted to become ever since.

So many good N64 games but Paper Mario will always have a soft spot for me. Such a charming game. My brother and I got stuck on the chapter 6 boss when we were really little and stopped playing for several years, but came back to it when we were a bit older and had wisened up a little, and finally beat the game. We love the setting for chapter 7 so much, which is funny because it took us so long to ever see it.

Was in the Marines in the late 90s and early 2000's. Can't tell you how much time we spent playing GoldenEye in the day rooms of our barracks. My goodness, it felt like Friday's for liberty, there was a race to get in one of the two cars guys had to go to New Orleans when I was stationed down in Biloxi. If you didn't make it, you played GoldenEye. Or maybe the original Diablo lmao.

Your collection is really impressive, especially considering how young you are. I am 40 now. So N64 was mostly high school time for me. My friends and I spent so much time playing Perfect Dark, Mario Kart, Mario Party and Westling multiplayer after school. I laughed when you busted out the GameBoy adaptor just after Pokémon Stadium. I spent so many hours playing Pokémon Red in the TV and importing them and battling in Pokémon Stadium. I think I discovered Pokémon at 15, so probably a little later in life compared to kids now. But this games were so fun. Ocarina of Time and Zelda LttP are the best Zelda games, maybe the best games ever made. Link to the Past was my first Zelda game. My brother and I would marathon those games. Thanks for the amazing video. So much nostalgia. You used the word “our games”. Well you and your sibling or partner have a really nice collection. And in such good condition. I scanned through your video list, I did not see an Original Xbox video. Maybe still coming. 😊. But I think you maybe have been a Nintendo kid like me. Thank-you for making so many nice videos. Nice way to relax after putting my son to sleep, at night.

When I was in high school I’d work at a video game rental store. It was all N64 games. I’d spend most of the time playing Resident Evil 2 and Ken Griffey Jr’s baseball. But when parties of two kids or more came to the store and stayed for a while while their moms had their hair and nails done in the salon upstairs, we’d make Mario Kart and Goldeneye tournaments. I can clearly hear all the loud sounds coming out of the different TV sets, and I distinctly remember the smell of the liquid I’d use to clean the plastic boxes… Sometimes younger kids would come to rent games like Pokémon Snap and if I was playing a more “mature” game, they’d give me that look like: “wow, you get to play the games that our parents won’t let us” There was this kid who always wanted to take home a Banjo Kazooie copy and they were always taken, so he’d grab very lousy alternatives like Superman. After a while I felt sorry for him and hid one of the copies behind the counter to make sure it’d be available for him. Then, when Majora’s Mask came out, this kid would be first in line to secure a copy for the weekend… That was a more expensive rental because it required the Expansion Pack… and his mom didn’t quite understand why it was needed to play. “We already have a console at home” she’d say. I didn’t make much money working there of course, but those were happy times. This video made me remember better days and that’s why I’m subscribing to your channel. Thank you for this.
