Just a few tips if you want them: 1 it’ll be better if you brush your teeth before doing your skincare, so you remove the tooth paste residue completely (it can be irritating to your skin in the long run if you don’t) 2 using a physical exfolian everyday can be very harsh on the skin, even more if you shave frequently as well since shaving it’s a form of exfoliation, using a chemical exfoliant like a AHA or BHA once or twice a week max might be a better option (you can do more research on that but basically you apply it after cleaning and drying your face, I’ll recommend to use a Korean one) 3 it’s biologically imposible to put collagen into the skin, I’m not saying that cream is completely useless but it’s recommend to stay away from products with added fragrance cause they can be irritating or they can make your skin develop irritation with time, retinol and tretinoin are the only topical treatments that are scientifically proven to promote collagen production, also a vitamin c serum before your sunscreen in the morning can reverse the damage to the collagen on the skin Your routine it’s good overall, I’ll say if you made those little changes and did some research on those things I mentioned you’ll see an improvement :)

Not even trying to gas you up those are such good tips and I'll be making those changes asap. I should've been more clear about the fact that I don't use that towel on my face every day, so thanks for bringing that up too. I've been thinking about getting a collagen supplement do you know if that's a better alternative?

@@jacobdreamsasmr yes, collagen supplements can improve skin hydration and elasticity among other minor things, but it takes some months to see results and you’ll basically have to keep taking them to get the benefits continuously, you can research which would suit you best, the capsules or the powder form, but keep in mind that most of them are made out of animal bones, so if you have any allergies to certain animals Make sure you check so it doesn’t make you sick, also, the quality ones tend to be more expensive so you see if you wanna invest on that. Inevitable the collagen on our skin decreases as we age, but our habits have a huge impact in how badly it does. It sounds silly but prioritizing sleep, exercising, drinking a lot of water, having a healthy/balanced diet, reapplying sunscreen like a psycho, staying away from smoking and drinking, can actually make a huge difference in our appearance/ health and help much more than any supplement could

I alternate shampoo the same way you alternate toothpaste. Also, I started wearing nose strips to keep my nostrils open more, which really helps with my mouth breathing. The brand is Intake, in case you're tempted to try them. The mouth cover terrifies me for some reason. Cool video, glad you're back, and hope you're feeling better since covid!

Okay, first things first, so glad to have you back and hope you are well! Secondly, I’ll prob have to buy all the products you mentioned for you do for your face routine. I was diagnosed with PCOS a few years back, and I got a LOT of black hairs on my face. And now I have to deal with consequences of shaving them off instead of just plucking them. I’ve never had acne in my life but have recently broke out. So I might def have to try what all you mentioned! I always prided myself on my skin and even having one pimple pop up upsets me 😂 so thank you! ❤ And thirdly, most definitely will have to find that magnesium vitamins. Since leaving my ex and finding peace, i dream SO MUCH MORE. And I’m a huge fan of dreamworld 😂 And fourth(ive been writing this comment as a I watch this video 😂 Demon Copperhead was probably the most amazing book I read in 2023. And it’s one that I would love to re read now that I’m on my own. It truly was though provoking and actually pretty relatable too ❤
