Part of my Christmas tradition is to grab a Walker's fruit pudding and some mince pies from the nearby imports store. Love them!

In place of an icing bag you can use a zip-lock bag and cut off the corner. It won't fit special tips, but for basic piping in a pinch, it'll do just fine.

Hey, that recipe didn't call for molasses but it's nice brown gingerbread, usually no molasses would end up white gingerbread. Huh... I'm confused 😕 haha
