It’s called a dermal

It’s a piercing by the looks of it! They’re called dermals and I’m no expert but I’m pretty sure that after a while they fall out so they’re not permanent piercinfs

it is a dermal! or dermal anchor! ive had mine for 14+ years now! been very lucky, i believe the longevity of it is dependent on where you have it! i know a few people who had them on their faces / chest etc & they didn't last too long!
