Jenny, your videos, esp. the hair brushing ones have helped me immensely to rest this Spring. My mom used to brush my hair growing up and it brought such a sense of calm and then when I became a nurse, I tried to install a similar sense of tranquility - for both patients and staff - while on the unit working night shift. Unfortunately, I was attacked violently from behind while at work, one of the more vicious attacks I've heard of or even experienced in my 5+ years of working in healthcare (unprovoked) while working a night shift not too long ago. I now tend to wake suddenly in a state of fear in the middle of the night, a time I once enjoyed caring for others who were suffering, in the dark, and now that the role for now, unfortunately, has been reversed for me I have turned to putting on your vids in the middle of the night when I wake to help 'calm' me back to sleep. You have helped to restore the gift of sleep to me. (This sleep has enabled me to have enough energy to apply to new nursing jobs.) Thank you for posting these vids (grateful also for your insightful, meaningful, and peaceful conversations and presence in them).

Oh Laura, I'm so sorry that happened to you 😥 I have two sisters that are nurses, and I know even though it is an incredibly demanding/rewarding career; nurses (and all those that work in healthcare related fields) are some of the strongest people I know 💕 To be a nurse, you must be selfless, compassionate, as well as courageous. And by choosing to continue helping others, even after a terrifying experience like yours, you are all of those things 🫶 Thank you for all you do, I'm so glad my videos have helped even a tiny bit to give you the rest and relaxation you absolutely deserve 🙏💕💕

It is wonderful to hear that two sisters who are nurses (I hope they are staying safe and well, and it was another nurse who saved my life so much respect for fellow healthcare workers and those who work to assist the public, either in person or virtually). Utilizing your ASMR videos has been a facet of self-care for viewers I feel (certainly here) so I consider ASMR a vital form of healthcare as well. I am feeling just about ready to return to work, as I am interviewing - at a safer place - currently, so I look forward to listening to your videos after a shift, perhaps at 8 in the morning and it will be neat to get back into that routine. Thank you again for your thoughtful message and videos, esp. now, and the great work you and your sisters do to help restore the health of others in the local and extended community.

This is my personal issue but I had to vent: I just hate it when asmr artists look at the camera as if they r talking to me and then they touch my hair or face or whatever to the side or on a lower level than my "eyes" It stops being personal attention 4 me 😅 I would rather be a friend that u talk to while doing someone elses hair or smtn😅 But I love your whispers. So tingly ❤❤

I have the same issue with the video, I love all the sounds and the roleplay itself but it doesn’t make sense that the back of our head is in the left bottom corner and the camera is our face. Feels like two different people to me!
