I watch these so fast lol. Working from home these could be dangerous 💤 but I watch as soon as I get the ping. As a gym girl I’ve had no problem at 24 hour fitness because once I learned my routine I put my headphones in and put my unapproachable face on 😭 I can’t get over that manager. That’s so unfortunate to all female employees and customers 😖😖😖

Gurl I’m the Same way. I’m always noticing the creeps or peeping strange behavior. For example, I Literally always complain that my boss gives me the biggest 🚩and he’s always side eyeing me or other woman (in a inappropriate manner). Some ppl say they see it and others are completely blind and think I’m over reacting. I Just Wish ppl paid more attention to their surroundings.. but some are too naïve for this world. *Just had to say this bc What u said was too relatable* 😂

its awesome that you swapped your fitness trainer and that now you have a girl... I have a question for you- I've never had a personal trainer ( I train solo with a program) - do you prefer a trainer over personal program?? I'm curious what the benefits are!! 😊💛🙏🏻

Honestly, if I could go back I would only have gotten my trainer for two or three weeks. I unfortunately I got talked into doing 4 months. It’s been helpful for me since I’m new to weight lifting and form is crucial, so I’ve been loving it as a beginner. However, if you already know what you’re doing, KZbin videos and programs I feel are good enough 🤷🏻‍♀️ but that’s just my opinion 💭

Dude, rewatching this I am really disappointed in your statement that you only want to work with a trainer with a certain body type. Your assement that the other trainer's client didn't take them seriously because of their physique is out of pocket. They sound like a bad coach which has nothing to do with their body. I've worked with a few different coaches a and can safely say physique is a not at all a predictor of someone's knowledge especially for fat loss. Being a dentist is not like being a trainer because body size fluctuates and you don't know what someone's point A was. There's also different goals like a focus on strength or performance over aesthetics.
