One of my favourite POV triggers is body attention/away from the face. I think it's because it adds to the realism of watching it through the PC and makes it a little more realistic for me. I find the biggest contributing factors to whether I get tingles is how much I believe the asmr artist. Sometimes the most basic of videos is better than a shiny set - it's all in the delivery :)

Random question, have you ever experienced exploding head syndrome? Basically it's just hearing a loud bang that wakes you up, only there is no actual bang, it's just something in your head that does it, like a hallucination. It's so strange.
