A little bit about me:
Hi! My name is Fern and I used to run a holistic business called Tranquility in a wonderful and calming space at the back of my house. Due to financial constraints, I gave up the profession but have always missed that connection and calmness I felt when helping others.
I’ve recently discovered ASMR via my daughter Melissa, who has convinced me to start this channel! Please join me on my journey of rediscovering these treatments and trying to help others relax - via the screen this time around!
I am currently making these videos as a way of remembering these treatments I used to offer. Sadly, I am not running my treatment room at the moment. ❤️

This is my favourite video. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and I’ve never considered hand massage but watching this makes me realllly want to try it. Oh you poor thing RA is not pleasant. Please ensure you go to an experienced therapist, who has an understanding of RA, as it needs a gentler touch than normal and as a precaution ensure your doctor is happy for you to have this done. Lovely video 😊 i find the mother daughter relationship so warm, loving and calming which just adds to the relaxing effect! Best thing for hands that is un-perfumed is a barrier cream like vaseline or wonder balm. I have very dry hands and find these products helpful.

Fern, I love all of your videos. This was amazing to watch. I’d love to have something like this done! I have carpal tunnel in both hands, plus I’ve recently torn my central slip on my 4th finger on my right hand. It’s causing so much discomfort and cramping with my whole hand trying to compensate for that one finger. This would feel absolutely lovely right now.

Try to find a local massage therapist who can help you as long as you get have medical approval. Make sure they do a thorough consultation first. I hope you get some relief from your CTS. 😊

Lots of good quality fragrance free lotions, keep a trial size in your handbag and use often, add vitamin E oil to homemade hand sanitizer, helps also! :)
