I’m pretty sure those arm bands are where her mics are strapped.

They’re external mics. She’s using i think sweat bands to anchor it in. They have the sensitivity heightened to get as much sound. It’s what some people use for mics in a professional setting, but this one doesn’t have a little mic followed by a cord to be worn on a collar.
