ASMR How to give yourself a relaxing head massage (Unintentional ASMR, real person ASMR)

As so many of you liked the previous Indian Head Massage video, I thought I would show a way of using these techniques at home on yourself 💛

A little bit about me:
Hi! My name is Fern and I used to run a holistic business called Tranquility in a wonderful and calming space at the back of my house. Due to financial constraints, I gave up the profession but have always missed that connection and calmness I felt when helping others.
I’ve recently discovered ASMR via my daughter, who has convinced me to start this channel! Please join me on my journey of rediscovering these treatments and trying to help others relax - via the screen this time around!
I am currently making these videos as a way of remembering these treatments I used to offer. Sadly, I am not running my treatment room at the moment. ❤️

I am Indian. And Indians scalp massage requires much more oil and much more aggressive movement in the scalp. What she’s doing is way too slow.
