I hope you find it relaxing and I chose a pendulum which could catch the light and add a little depth to the acting. I think i'll actually pick up a pocket watch for extra effect next time though :)

ASMR is essentially a made up acronym (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response ) used to describe that tingly / buzzing feeling you may have experienced in your head or running down your spine. The sensation can be triggered by personal attention, tutorials, sounds etc. If you are discovering "ASMR" videos for the first time, their primary purpose is just to relax and almost always to send the listener to sleep.

Wow. This is one of the best ASMR videos I have ever seen. I have Tourettes syndrome and I can almost never be comfortable because my body spasms and moves of it's own accord, causing constant fatigue and pain. This video gave me an amazingly comfortable, completely pain-free 20 minutes, and it's now been about 10 mins since I finished watching but I still feel calm, comforted, warm and tingly - and no tics (Tourettes movements/spasms/sounds) to be seen or heard. Thank you so much Matt, you are amazing
