Hi Olivia, are you genius? You know, I have been suffering from a rare symptom of anxiety called depersonalization/derelealisation. And a lot of what you said, like 'when your sense of self is distorted, whole whole gets distorted', 'the self is an illusion held in the mind', are concepts that a person suffering from this disorder gets to realise, but not someone who has not been through it. I was amazed to listen to a lot of what you said resonates to me, and it feels like you truly get what human mind is composed of! Hats of to your understanding of mind and consciousness!! I felt such a relief listening to what you said.
