What is ASMR?
ASMR is a physical reaction to sound, sometimes even causing a warm tingling sensation. Side effects may include: feelings of relaxation, calmness, comfort, moments of entertainment, followed by the intense need to nap. I've been watching asmr since 2012 and making them since 2016, with the goal of creating videos I wished to see more of in the community.

i put this on ur last video, so maybe it’ll get more attention n you’ll see it, but i’ve been thinking about suggesting this for ages, could u do a ‘ASMR for when you’re having a panic attack’? you could do repetitive trigger sentences like ‘it’s okay/you’re gonna be okay/your safe here’ and talk is through some grounding techniques and tap of stress balls, stuff like that:) i suffer quite badly from panic attacks and i find your voice very soothing to listen to in a moment of panic

I'm watching this with a tablet (so the screen is pretty big) in my bed and right beside it there is a library so I putted the tablet right in front of me and it was like he was LITERALLY NEXT TO ME. I like cozy this is and also personal I mean "we're" lying in bed "together" and your rambling about life and other things with the viewer (us). Also very personal cause it's really a realistic position, not with cameras e mic on top but, on the sides where we can't see it. And more personal because you also mention stuff about your life.
