At 2:19 you stumbled upon one of the best triggers I’ve ever heard. You gotta keep doing that one. It’s crazy.

When you talked about wanting to go out but not knowing what to do or where, losing the ability to talk again if you stopped, creating friends and relationships, god they’re so relatable. I love when you talk about yourself for some reasons it makes me feel safe cuz it’s sometimes relatable, or just makes me think of how different people perceive things, and makes me realize how you really are a good person, I feel like Id enjoy your company so much

I also have issues figuring what to do when I go outside, but what helped was to think of my hobbies/likes and how to turn them into a place to go. Visiting museums, art galleries, cafes, trying to find abandoned places, places to take pictures of and meeting and feeding stray cats is my favorite 'I want to go outside' reasoning!

everything about this is perfect ❤️ also i think an aerial view of the grand canyon would be prettier than nyc. both are gorgeous but nature is unbeatable because it’s spiritually healing. and a good word for the friendship experience you were describing would be bittersweet

I remember in high school my drum teacher showed us how to play the triangle, and he was doing some stuff that I can’t even explain. I had no idea how many crazy sounds you can make with a triangle

your way around sound is crazzyy, i wouldn't even have thought to use instruments/instrument parts for asmr??? why doesn't it exist more ?? or if it does why haven't i seen it anywhere lol. the high hat was amazing as you were explaining, felt like an instrument demonstration video that's unintentionally asmr, felt super authentic. peak asmr right here pat !!! 😭🙏🏼 thank you

I feel like I'm the polar opposite of him, I'm loud and talkative and impulsive girl, and hearing him talk is just so goddamn interesting. It also helps that he is actually really funny at times. What's also really interesting to me is that as a very extroverted person, my instrument of choice is a hand-pan. I play a couple instruments but I mostly only play sad and calm songs, while his is drums. It's just so so interesting.

You're not alone with that talking inertia thing, I feel the same way. It's like my mind goes into this flow state where I stop fixating on what I'm saying and just speaking naturally without caring so much. And then as soon as I stop for more than 10 seconds my mind wipes and I get in my head again. Love your realness❤

Ps I played a triangle quartet my first semester in college where we had to get like 3 different pitches from the triangle and do a lot of open and closed rhythms and split rhythms between us… triangle can be challenging just like any other instrument! I’m a triangle defender 😅 I think anyone who makes fun of triangle probably hasn’t ever made a good sound on one hahaha
