This is the fifth part of the cracking compilation. And it is probably my best cracking compilation.
In this video you can find many neck cracks, loud spine, back, shoulder, finger cracks etc. taken from my different massages and chiropractic adjustments sessions.

"adjustments" (w.e that means cause none of this is actually moving anything) are semi dangerous. Really, these people should be in physical therapy and doing long term stretching. Cause this provides temporary relief for a few hours. But theyll be going back foe decades

The one that really stands out to me is Pink Barber. He clearly just has NO business doing this to a human being, especially one with scoliosis and ESPECIALLY when you compare him with the extraordinarily talented individuals Timur normally visits. Вообще такие действия противопоказаны, т.к могут вызвать защемления межпозвоночных дисков и межпозвоночную грыжу, а также когда мы хрустим шеей, то хрустим всеми соединениями вместе. И в результате хруста в одной зоне чувствуем временное облегчение, а другие травмируем. И ещё да, хрустеть спиной и суставами безопасно! Но будьте осторожны, ведь во время резкого щелчка можно защемить нерв или растянуть мышцу.

And maybe Alyona, the lady with long, black hair. The others seem too forced and hasty, especially on the neck pulling, blood vessels could rupture, he could become paralyzed, he could get a brain stroke, etc. Adjustments like that, and without prevous muscle stretching, can ve very dangerous.
