I have been intrigued by asmr for many years but have yet to find one that really had an affect on me until now. Wow. I deal with a lot of post partum anxiety that unfortunately keeps me up at night. I am literally only able to sleep for 4 hours at a time or less. Your channel came up on my recommended recently and I am forever thankful. Your content had me so relaxed so quickly and each time I’ve been able to get a full 7-8 hours of sleep after listening. I literally cried tears of joy the first time it happened because I needed the sleep so badly. Thank you so so much 🥰🥰
