Hello my friends :) I hope you are all having an amazing month of March so far!
I’m really excited to be presenting this video to you, as I think it is one of my most thoughtful.. and potent ones to date!
Part of the reason I believe this to be so effective is due to the fact that I, myself, was extremely tired around the time of recording it! I didn’t end up starting the take until around 1:30 AM in the morning, and ended at around 3:00 AM (making this one of my latest filming times!)
If I’m being honest, though, I think my sleepiness only adds to the experience. I know you can really feel the calm energy that I had and although I don’t plan on making it a habit to record videos in this frame of mind.. It makes for an interesting experience!

Or just go for a slow jog or a walk whenever you feel bored, don't push yourself, you don't want to hurt, you want to derust. I'm new to your channel, and although I've known about ASMR for a while, I hadn't really gotten into it until lately. To make a long story short, I have ADHD and a few other issues, and they're debilitating. Since ASMR helps me to feel relaxed and safe and happy, I've started using it to help me develop incentives for routines. I use videos like this one to help me sleep, and others to reduce my anxiety so I feel more motivated to do things like clean the dishes. Instead of saying, "I have to sleep but I don't want to," I'm incentivized to say, "I get to do some sleep ASMR." Instead of, "I have to clean my apartment," it's "I get to listen to ASMR while doing the dishes." That might seem weird to some, but I *think* it's working; it's still early in my experiment and I'm not sure if I'm past the placebo effect phase. I plan to keep it up and if I can, I'll report my results periodically. Good ASMR like this takes me back to my childhood memories of being on road trips, falling asleep in the back seat of my family's Suburban to the rumble of the highway and the calm, quiet conversation of my parents. It also reminds me of when I was a kid and fell asleep to "radio theater," whether it was replays of Green Hornet or other old radio shows my local station dug up. Different content, obviously, but the same vibe. Thank you, Cherie, for these videos. In previous videos you asked for ideas of what people might like to hear, so if I think of something I'll let you know. The "haircut" thing is really common, and while it's occasionally nice, your videos are more original and I appreciate them for that.
