ASMR helps me at night with my tinnitus quiet rooms drive me nuts with the ringing and it’s hard to fall asleep without some sort of noise. Man these multi layered ones are amazing almost completely drowns out the ringing thx Cherie!

@@user-wc6bl4zs4i Funny you should mention layered ASMR because I often put two or three ASMR videos on at the same time, so there are no gaps in the sensory tingles. I found it to be the most effective method. In fact, now that I think of it, I should just make it easy on myself, and simply layer a few of my favorites, and just record them into one stereo recording like that. Sort of a mashup of some ASMR audio that work really well together and compliment each other to provide the desired effect I enjoy.

Some wild comments on here... I appreciate her because my life the last few years, I've dealt with the loss of not only relationships, but also the loss of several loved ones. From cancer to suicide to auto accidents. I've never felt so alone and I've found her ASMR and a select few others to be a nice escape from all of that loss and it helps me to escape from all that negativity and finally getting some mental peace and much needed rest. It gets better Charles. I'm glad you found the inner strength needed to get you through the hard times. Just finding yourself here is proof that you are strong enough to handle anything. A lot of people are searching for answers and some relief and the lucky ones end up here for a while. It's the suffering that makes the good times so much sweeter. Something much bigger than all of us is sharing in the good and the bad, understanding our pain and taking delight in our happiness. Trying to see goodness in others can sometimes influence how we feel about ourselves and can influence the things that happen around us. There's a poem about dying that I've shared with others who were in morning. It's helped me some and might ease some of your sadness. Gone From My Sight I am standing upon the seashore. A ship, at my side, spreads her white sails to the moving breeze and starts for the blue ocean. She is an object of beauty and strength. I stand and watch her until, at length, she hangs like a speck of white cloud just where the sea and sky come to mingle with each other. Then, someone at my side says, "There, she is gone." Gone where? Gone from my sight. That is all. She is just as large in mast, hull and spar as she was when she left my side. And, she is just as able to bear her load of living freight to her destined port. Her diminished size is in me -- not in her. And, just at the moment when someone says, "There, she is gone," there are other eyes watching her coming, and other voices ready to take up the glad shout, "Here she comes!" And that is dying...

I rarely search ASMR anymore as it’s far too saturated with people doing their best versions of what they think that is. However, once I found this video I realized I’ve hit the pinnacle of my ASMR searches. This to me is what ASMR is. Everything from this being the only video I engage in watching instead of just listening to, and then adding the volume on top of that is pretty mesmerizing for a straight male in his late 30’s. I really like the auto focus based on distance and how it keeps going in and out. Anyways. You have a new follower and this is my all time favourite ASMR video.

This visual effect is exactly how I felt on truffles in Amsterdam 2023. It lasted about 30 seconds while some Canadian guy stood chatting at our hostel cafe table balcony and his face was like layers moving in and out. Think I needed a higher dose 😂 Or not I mean, this video substitutes the need for any drugs to calm down! Great vid as always.
