This is my favorite ASMR video. I have serious trouble sleeping at night like a normal person and this has become my go to video. I have watched it almost every night for the last few months. Most times I don't even make it to the end before I fall asleep. So thank you bc it truly does make a huge difference. I enjoy many of your other videos but again this one is my fav!

I literally can't put into words how amazing this was :) Fast and chaotic or slow and calm, you just nail it every time. Sometimes I think you're unbreakable. I’m a big fan of intense light triggers, I’ve had tingle immunity for light videos for a while because of how intense I like them. The first half was great but the second half really stood out to me. I’ve never experienced the intense lights through a coloured lens, and I found that trigger great. The blue and purple pens at the same time was so tingly as well. Thank you Abby for the new triggers! Thanks for always using intense light pens too

This is my absolute favourite asmr video. I wish you could see how many times you watch one video as I watch this multiple times throughout the night. As soon as I wake up with my insomnia I put this straight back on and it’s not long before I’m over to sleep again. I’m glad I finally made it to the end as I loved the two coloured lights 😍 Would you ever consider doing another relaxing “distract yourself mind” video? NYMFY does alphabet association, Pictionary etc which I love! I think it would be really good to do a video starting of with a game of Pictionary to distract, then light triggers like these to make eyes tired and then followed by alphabet word association for when your eyes are closed but brain is still running fast? 🤩🥰

I love the use of colored lenses, and or other such covers of the lens like Eliza has also used to change the way the light shines through said lenses, covers, filters, would love more of that type of thing, oh yeah, and also use of magnifying glass and way light shines through that too, that's also good stuff
