Sports massages are starting to become my new favorite type. They seem to be more relaxing or healing than the thai or pure swedish massage

It really depends on what your body needs. If you're more prone to overworked muscles due to sports, exercise, or bad posture then yeah, you'll probably want a sports massage. Otherwise thai or swedish would be fine.
