I go trough a rough time at the moment workwise and mentaly and just found your videos. So nice and relaxing. Also the "i dont want to win, i want to resolve and make it better" is such a good line. I normaly dont like to confront people, but sometimes it has to be done snd it is not about winning against the person, but to resolve an issue and making it hopefully better.
