I relate to your experience with gyno. I’m a trans man and used to hate that part of my body so so much, but after surgery I am much more confident. So hearing that especially was very comforting. I’ve been watching a lot of your videos to fall asleep, you have a more personal feeling than other asmr-tists. I’m obsessing over my chest too at the moment, for the same reasons, and i’ve been for years, i don’t know how to get rid of that, and i don’t even gain weight, i’ve had the same weight for years.

@@kyle_3722 gyno doesnt go away with exercise, at least not fully. Quest number 1 is acceptance. Still, even if its not noticeable because my hormones are very balanced now, i still find myself pinching my nips when im shirtless, so they can tighten up. if you find it’s too difficult to handle, i totally understand surgery. mostly because usually (if u dont use gear/roids) it was never your fault to begin with. it can be quite expensive though. just remember - this doesnt make you any less of a man. even moreso, confidence despite these obstacles is something grand
