The amount of time, hard work, and discipline put into many, many years to perfect their craft is truly amazing. @@ОльгаМельникова-м2ц Чем гейша унижает женщин? Чайные дома гейши крайне матриархальны: там главная всегда женщина, они мужчин никогда не пускают в общежитие, кроме прислуги. В чайный дом к ним нельзя попасть без особого приглашения от владелицы, которое можно получить только через связи. Если как клиент будете руки на гейшу распускать, вас немедленно выпроводят и добавят в черный список. Видимо, для таких как вы никакой нормальной работы кроме работника завода и прачки за 15к в месяц не существует. Сами попробуйте надеть на себя традиционное кимоно более 5 кг, повязать пояс оби без помощи мужчины-прислуги, сыграть на сямисэне и станцевать танец, а потом плеваться ядом на многовековую культуру, которая вам чужда. На завод и в прачечную можно даже не учиться, чтобы пойти туда работать, в то время как гейша обязана обучаться различным видам искусства много лет и проходить экзамены. Это непростой труд, длящийся годами, а наряды и украшения дорого стоят и их надо оплачивать для выступлений. Ваш комментарий очень антипатичный и неуважительный, и я не единственный, кто отметил это здесь. Больше себя не позорьте.

This is incredibly interesting! One of my favorite movies is Memoirs of a Geisha and I’ve always wondered how you can put on on all of that makeup on so flawlessly. I have bad skin, so most makeup makes me itch. Does it feel bad at all or do you get used to it after wearing it for so long? Still, makeup really is an art in of itself and I’m always impressed when I see people do it so well by themselves.

Офигеть! Не могла оторваться, смотрела до конца. А знаете, несмотря на сильно забеленное лицо, все черты лица девушки остались узнаваемыми. Сегодня при помощи макияжа лица превращают в кукольные, меняют совершенно внешность. Здесь я увидела , что косметика и парик только подчеркнули красоту этой нежной девушки, никакой пошлости и агрессивности. Опять же, несмотря на цвета. Я восхищена!!!!😮

I work in theatre and the young lady was lit by outside light on one side of her face which puts the other side in a slight shadow. That makes it difficult to make sure the makeup is even on both sides of the face. That being said, this was extremely fascinating to watch the process.

I only wish the donning of the wig was included, here. I have only seen that done once. The Geisha used what looked like thick sticks to position it while holding it away from her face, then angling the sticks so that the wig slid perfectly into place. _But I don’t know if that was a true practice!_ This was fascinating. Thank you.
