It was cool to see that you didn't like the tree after you had painted it and painted over it. So many videos of paintings look like everything went perfectly from beginning to end (and probably a lot of them more or less do) but it's also nice to see that you can change your mind part way through and change the painting and still like the end result. I am not an artist so serious question: Why do you put the light color down if you are going to add a darker color on top? Does it add depth? Or is it just changing your mind as you go?

Adding lighter colors first provides a “base” for you to work on. It also helps to add depth, so you are totally correct!

This set is actually pretty cool, I also have this set in black 🫶🎀 But it was actually pretty hard for me to unwrap them. 😿
