I actually really liked this. The talking, particularly where you go in close to the mic, is the most effective trigger for me personally, so it'd be cool if you did more things like that in the future. If it wasn't for this video whenever i discovered this channel from your main kpop dance channel I wouldn't have found the best way to relax/find peace at 18-19 years old(im turning 25 this year) as I struggled so much with depression and anxiety it at a young age and still do honestly got me through some pretty mentally rough times. Ok so this was my first ever ASMR video, i found your other channel since i wanted to check out other stuff that you do... :) i'm dealing with anxciety and alot of other stuff, and sometimes i can't sleep because of either me being tired but my brain doesn't want to until like 4-5 in the morning. but when i watch this for the first time a you made me not have so much anxciety attacks and made me sleep at night.... also before i didn't really like other people chewing because it made me cringe alot but i don't know why but i didn't when you did it... kinda liked it haha. :) thank you for getting me more relaxed and when i want to feel relaxed i watch your asmr videos and this video ^^

People actually do eat jelly beans as snacks. I am a cross country runner, and I also part take in many marathons. Jelly beans are a good source of carbohydrates for muscle efficiency. They also have decent sodium (salt) which helps you retain water. They are really effective! I eat them when I am slowing down to conserve or when I need to take a break and regroup with my running buddies.
