Hi there! Just curious...after you decorate your journal, do you then write in it? I assume you would, but then would you write over all of the layers, or only over little sections? It's very pretty though!

Yes I usually write beneath the layers but in this case I wrote above. I think I posted the completed spread on instagram. I did however make the mistake of writing on wax paper which was so difficult so my handwriting was even worse than usual 😂

I do mine the same & then write in it, either way it’s a customized collage/decorative spread in a personal journal, the only point for these things is to catalog whatever the journaler chooses, mama
