I don’t get hungry watching these because my mind looks at it like a simulation and I imagine how it tastes so it feels like I’m eating it so it fulfills my hunger. 🤷‍♀️ do this if you’re fasting or on a diet or if you’re just tired of getting hungry. But it wasn’t intentional for me
