Differnt texturs can set me into melt downs where i want to scream and kick and hit things but i have to try and hide it from my family cause i know that they would find me crazy. It has become a little bit harder to hide tho. I don't have autism that I know of but this was very comforting

Omg I never realized on how many times that I’ve had a meltdown like this…I didn’t even know that’s what they were! I thought I was just over reacting because that’s what I always felt like afterwards… well now I know how to deal with them better for future meltdowns! You’re video helped a lot! Thank you!

When I have a meltdown I start to cry throw things break them and I also start to hit my self.

My meltdowns usually happen when I’m doing something then someone messes up what I’m doing then I go into a frantic panic trying to re do it from start to finish or if I don’t then I kick or throw the thing I’m doing and curl up in a corner and hum really loud and go mute for 20 minutes
