my album didn't come with a QR card, does anyone know why? 😭 In version 1 yes but not in version 2

I’m not sure! I feel like all my albums are inconsistent in including QR cards. I think I remember hearing that there were guidelines in different countries for what could be included for charting purposes, so maybe it has to do with where you bought it from?
