I discovered the amazing medium that is asmr quite a while back now, and although many channels can help me sleep (Seafoam, Frivvi, Indigo, Gibi) you are the one I know I can rely on for unravelling my tension. I thank you for this. I'm going on holiday north of Inverness tomorrow and am absolutely dreading it (no particular reason, just freaking out about quite litteraly everything. yay anxiety disorders). A video idea that I think would be really helpful and amazing would be a sort of ‘talk to me’ video. I know for some it seems silly to talk to a screen, but before I was placed in therapy, I had no one I felt like I could talk to. You could do some silent personal attention triggers, and maybe add in some ‘mmhm’s and ‘yeah’s, like you were a friend just listening to us vent. I feel like it could help some people who don’t have anyone they feel comfortable talking to, so they can get out what they’re feeling and calm down more easily.
