2 mins into the video and I cried like a baby. For past few years I've been having personality issues and I was finding it so difficult to even cry out. Therapists told me I've been emotionally blocking myself. You've no idea how great it felt, to be this vulnerable again, to embrace my feelings, to come face to face with the realities of life. I've been a loner all my life, looking for people who could love a damaged soul like me. When it couldn't have been any worse, it became better. And I might probably always be a loner still, and even for my whole life, atleast now I know how to embrace my vulnerability whenever I'll have problems in dealing with it. I'll keep coming back to you I swear. Thanks, for making me realise that I'm still a human.

Many underestimate just how important it is to hear "you're safe, it's going to be alright" because they think it's trivial or forget hiw soothing it was to hear as a child. Asmr artists like Sophie❤ understand that quiet moments of personal attention heal so much we don't think sbout/block out because as adults we need to be "strong" and "not coddled/childish". The fact this is such a popular asmr trigger goes to show the science of how calming, kind words are always needed, no matter who we are. Thank you for such a calming, affirming video! It helps me so much ❤

Yeah,I’ve been having this episodes where I just feel like crying and I start to think that I’m not good enough for nothing I’m doing right now, and my mind starts to get full of thoughts and I feel anxious, so I always cry hoping that someone comes and tell me that everything it’s gonna be ok, so I think the only way to calm myself is watching this kind of videos, that’s why I love ASMR because of people like her, that makes you feel cozy and comfortable and it doesn’t feel like a video it somehow feels real, so thanks so much Sophie 💕❤️
