Had an awful migraine today, but still pushed through 8 hours of work. Florescent lights, lots of noise, and extra strong smells made it feel like my head was splitting open. Coming back across this video tonight has been the best gift. Thank you for your kindness and your comfort.

During the late 2018 and early 2019 I was plagued by migraines all the time, went twice to a neurologist trying to figure out what was wrong. ASMR saved me! Also, my neurologist told me two hacks that have helped me, coffee, fresh orange juice or dark chocolate help diminish the pain when painkillers aren't available. I thought to share, it might help someone! If you're currently suffering, i send you hugs and send positive energy! And for those trying to sleep, good night!

I'll have to keep this in mind! I never knew about the other alternatives if there's no pain killers. I'm fortunate enough that it's not frequent, but whenever I get my migraines they're the worst. Thank you for sharing this information

Thank you so much for the green lighting! I have been using green light therapy for a few years now and it has help not only diminish the pain I have during a migraine but also to lessen the frequency of my migraines. The no background noise and minimal quiet talking is amazing. Definitely saving this for later use. 💚💜

I get headaches and migraines constantly, and today was a bad enough one I felt nauseous and could do nothing but sleep it off. Last year, like you said at around 12:00, happened to me also, I literally was teary eyed and in so much pain. I appreciate the ASMRtists who post these videos for us, it really is shocking how much these help and part of why I still watch ASMR. I recently found you Musing and I have to say you are just such a phenomenal ASMRtist and your characters have so much depth it's actually hard to remember your Strange Series and Dramatic Artist are actually the same person! Really well done, ok all I wanted to say lol

this has to be one of my most go to ASMR videos i have watched multiple times since i've discovered it. i used to get seasonal migraines that would have me vomiting... i don't get them very much at all anymore, but i remember still...i get a slight tension headache on occassion... i've never had anyone feel compassion for the suffering only folks relating or just saying stuff like "that sucks" but to have someone seemingly giving this much attention? unheard of from my experience... its why i love ASMR to begin with.....perhaps some folks have friends or family that give this level of care, but i haven't experienced this... so i'm thankful for this and other ASMR videos like this. really calms me down when i'm stressed. Thanks again.

i don’t like to dump this often but it felt relevant. i used to have 24/7 migraines due to a brain malformation that blocked the passage of csf fluid and led to a massive amount of pressure in my head, particularly on my optic nerves. i was on 60mg of codeine 4 times a day from the time i was 14 until last year. last year i had to have (relatively) emergency open brain surgery as a result of pressure heightening to the point where i was going to go blind. i had been suffering with the migraines for years at that point and nobody had really listened to me until they learned it was a serious physical issue. i still get migraines more often than the average person but things are so much better now. thank you for this video, it means a lot as migraines can be so incredibly debilitating and this will be so helpful to people in pain. much love ❤️

You did work an impressive piece of magic on me right now. I got a migraine attack in the train. It is loud, it is bright and I was convinced I would throw up any minute. I took my last meds and just followed your video with headphones and closed eyes and if someone would ask me now, just 45 minutes later I would be sure I just have a little headache thatll go away soon enough. Pretty sure, itll grow very painful again, cause nausea is still bothering me, but I am so grateful that you released my pain at least a little bit. In half an hour Ill be at my station, in one hour nearly home. I am very sure I would not be able to get home, if it wasnt for this video. Thank you so much, Mira❤ You made my day

I've had migraine auras since middle school, but didn't really get pain with them. I've had migraines 2 days in a row including today, and they've both been horribly painful. I appreciate this video so much. Total silence might technically be better for the migraine, but then I can only focus on the discomfort. Thank you for giving us a soft and quiet video to keep us company. ❤

With my chronic condition, I get regular headaches and migraines. I was suffering with one the day I found this video, it actually helped me so much so I could get my assignments finished! This and the mix of oils mum made for me and water. The breathing really helped too as I get really nauseous when I get them. The empathy and just the way you talk during this is also really validating and calming, not everyone has the spoons to help in that way and I accepted that but it was really nice to have it that day, and even today! This video also made me appreciate green more than I already do hehe

Hey Mira! I watch this video every so often whenever stress is getting too much for me and it always helps me a great deal. We all are so blessed to have such a lovely person looking out for us. This could totally just be me rambling about something not so deep but I noticed you said "you don't have to be tough like me" when telling us it's okay to tell others you're not okay. I want you to know you don't have to be tough either. If you ever need help please ask for it. Even if you do not believe this, you deserve kindness, comfort and love more than anyone. You do so much for people and it'd be such an injustice for you to ever have to suffer alone. So yeah, if I'm just reading too much into nothing I apologise! But yeah, you're such a kind person and it was sitting on my mind for a while so I felt I needed to say it even if I might just be reading into nothing. I tend to try and be tough and refuse to rely on others when things go wrong because I'm worried that nobody wants to hear it, that it'd make me look weak and various other reasons. It's not a healthy way to think and I appreciate how you talk sense into me every so often through videos such as this one. If you ever need to talk to someone I beg you, please do! I am certain you have family, friends and strangers who absolutely adore you! There is people who 100% will listen to you if you ever needed help and there is no shame in asking for help. There is also no reason to ever be too harsh on yourself. I know I'm rambling a lot but yeah, we all care about you!

Problem is more and more people are superficial in the todays world and firstly care about themselves. On the other side I can understand it because some of them have their own problems or don't want to pulled down by others. Nowadays everyone tries to be the victim, that's why some are very annoyed by it. The best is to stop self-pity, to search and investigate the reasons for migraine.
@raltler
@raltler Жыл бұрын
@@Tessa_Ru Stop taking medicaments. They are a trap, useless mostly and a bad long term solution. The best is ever to fix it themselves, even if it's harder at first. My tips are: Don't use headphones so often, more often go outside, make sports, eat more healthy, try out Binaural Beats that eliminates electromagnetic Radiation from Cells. The last thing really reduced my suffering from migraine. In the modern world we have too much bad things inside our body...

Headaches haven't been too bad. But after a day as chaotic as this one, you've restored calm and this is equally helpful. 💛 May I ask if you have plans at any point for location shoots? You seem to thrive in controlled environments, but I can see your presence in the open air also working well, i.e. under a tree somewhere with a gentle breeze.

I‘ve got a long term goal of being able to do some location shoots and audio for guided relaxations!
