this made me feel so much comfort due to deep rooted childhood trauma i’ve always had nightmares and nothing else i’ve dreaded sleeping so much that i used to literally not sleep for days and this made me able to get some real sleep no it didn’t cure my nightmares but i just didn’t dream at all i’ve never felt so much relief until right now truly i’m so happy i found this i’m surprised a youtube asmr made me sleep well after 8 years

Ooo a sleeping sounds ASMR from my favourite! I just love the sleepy and loving talk as well. This is going on my ‘Can’t sleep’ playlist 😴 I hope things quieten down for you soon. Otherwise, invest in some super soft earplugs that you can sleep in. They helped me a lot little when I had construction works a few years ago. Dude if I wake up too many times during the night I end up not being able to go back to sleep because of how bad my anxiety has been because I accidentally didn’t take my meds for a few days so I put this audio on and it helped so much I kept waking up and having to play it again but my anxiety always eased whenever I played it!! Never delete this cause I’m going to need it❤️❤️
