So, youtube glitched out halfway through the video and re-started the audio track. However, it didn't stop the original audio track. So now I'm listening to overlayed whisper audio while watching. This is the best thing.

First time I played this, this scene was where another player joined me. They ran around building the bridge, signaling to me, it took me a while to figure out they wanted me to go with them. The poor sap was stuck with a noob for the rest of the game. They were patient at least haha.

The pacing of this video is killer. Your whispered dialogue causes a lot more tingles if you speak slowly and clearly. Very, very good tingles with this one.

I've played this game and watched it played many times but it only now occurred to me, based on the cutscene showing the history of the place, that the "bridge" might actually be more like a power line or aqueduct, like how we see the cloth power being carried into the cities to power the buildings.

It is almost exclusively in the desert, but the texture and color of the sand change throughout the game, it's quite beautiful.

Maybe it’s after the sun scorched the earth and two community’s got divided. Both communities send out one person to try to cross to the other. But it’s hard to get through the desert and multiple people have died. The tombs represents how many people they’ve sent out.

Hey Ephemeral I've noticed we both somewhat share the love for the more "bohemian stuff". I think you will find a great liking for a MMO game called "Love" made by Eskil Steenberg and it is currently free to play. The game itself share many things with Journey however there's a few differences as combat is implemented in Love. If you happen to stumble by this comment I highly recommend you testing the game out or at least search for it!
