This was wonderful! I do love light triggers. Their gentle movement not only captivates my attention, but also helps me divert my focus from the negatives. In this case, it helped me escape the thought of Monday morning. What a superb selection of lights though. I really enjoyed the fibre optic wands once again. The close attention of the face touching and the sounds that the wands created was super tingly. The coloured light therapy I thought worked so well. The changing colours and the gentle movement certainly got my attention…it wasn’t long before tingles were dancing across my scalp either. Adding to this was the wonderful positive/feel good vibe that you created all the way through this, although having said that I find this with all your content. Once again though the lighthouse was the perfect way to end another superb piece of content. The sound of the waves is so calming and like always was perfect to help me slide towards a restful night’s sleep. So with that, thank you for taking the time to create this evening’s video which was absolute pleasure to watch and for hosting the chat which I always appreciate. Sending you lots of positives for the week ahead. 🙂✨

Such a wonderfully relaxing and tingly video. Your voice is so soothing and I love your choice of lights ❤. I really love the fibre optic ones. Watching this as I wake up and when I need to get up was not the best idea - I’m all sleepy again now 😂. Thank you Laurie for another wonderful video 🥰❤️
