really nice video. i've been using your videos for study. thank you for your work. Can i ask what's the point of massaging the shoes as shown in 13:08?

thank you! There are two things to watch out for. One is to avoid overstretching and creating extra wrinkles or changing shape. The other is to do it only when you feel the hardness. If you don't feel particularly stiff, I think it's good to apply cream lightly to the inside of the shoe when it's brand new and rub the leather really lightly, or pinch it a little from the outside and inside of the shoe. It's not a process that you always do, so I think moderation is just right.
