HI EVERYONE!!! I am so excited about this video!!! Firstly I just want to thank Vest for doing such a good job with the green screen - we had some major challenges in this one and he pulled it off anyway, I'm so happy with how it turned out! c:
I wanted to make this video since I was thinking about what would go well with a video sponsored by a language learning app... :D (Which, by the way, I've been continuing to do lessons in the last few weeks since I've filmed this, and I am still absolutely loving it!) Cue INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT OF COURSE!! Flying/traveling actually is inherently so stressful to me so I hope that this type of video can help calm those who have a similar experience - or be enjoyable to those who love flying....... I'm jealous. Haha!

I love how when Gibi asks for options, she doesn't specify which one we pick. For example she asks "Which one would you like?" then she says "Okay perfect" and no matter what someone picks, it seems really interactive. Before covid me and my family used to fly to China to visit our other family members every year. Something I sadly haven't been able to do ever since covid and also since I started university. I usually hate the flights but not having experienced them for so long made me almost miss them in a way as well. So this video feels very comforting to me in a way. Because I can at least get a similar-esque feeling of flying to visit my grandmother again. Thank you Gibi!

Gibi's Flight Attendant uniform and hand signals, the on-board public flight announcements to the passengers and all the interactions with the viewer, the realistic lighting, airplane audio/sounds and green screen backgrounds, literally everything was perfect in this video, very well done to both Gibi and Vest 😎.

Fun fact: Most aeroplanes have above head “cabins” for the crew to sleep/rest in during flights, that’s why you might not see a specific crew member for a certain amount of time, they’re probably up there! (My mom is a Flight Attendant so I get all this information from her, don’t worry, it’s the real stuff)

I had the same reaction. The entire video was so soothing but that part was especially comforting. I grew up abroad because of my parents' jobs and we took the plane several times a year, to visit family during holidays. I have so many memories of waiting at the airport, being excited, buying comic books, night flights, I associated that with childhood, holidays and happy moments. this video is making me miss traveling 😭 (of course i never get the best experiment cause i have motion sickness- but getting the different types of food, playing games or watching movies on the screens, and just the vibes of being on an airplane. Being in the airport can be stressful for families, but i honestly love seeing all the different types of people and just being able to go all around the airport. ➡️ I remember at one time in an airport, there was a big line after our flight to go somewhere, but a worker said there’s another line in another place in the airport. So we were searching for that place and we were literally running across an empty airport and it was so fun! Just running across the big halls😄 of course it was a little stressful to find the location, but traveling is just a VIBE ✨✨

Now this is how you use a green screen. I've watched this video so many times and didn't notice its a green screen during the safety speech at the beginning. Excellent use of the green screen by immersing yourself in it, looks realistic, especially when trying to fall asleep. This is what ive been wanting to see when people use green screens, looking like they are apart of the environment, not just a boring background behind them.

I just had an amazing idea. So Gibi does have her Loud nail polishes with her characters on them. But, what if she had her own teas with her own characters on them as well? the safety demonstration was ON POINT. I travel a lot and the pov of the passenger, the movements of the cabin crew member in addition to the typical background engine noise you can hear in every flight, create the EXACT VIBE and excitement you get every time you are about to takeoff!
