Each card has a colour coded symbol as well as being marked with a letter next to the card number in the bottom left corner. Common is black and marked as "C", Uncommon is silver/grey and marked as "U", Rare is gold and marked "R", Mythic Rare is orange/red and Marked "M". The special cards with the yellow borders are Mystical Archive cards. They are specific old cards from outside of the Strixhaven block that have been reprinted.

I’m not gonna lie, I didn’t even know there was a letter identification at the bottom, I always just sorted by their rarity for the colored set symbol

Also, even if you don't play. Keep any cards that have an Orange emblem in the middle. They are worth money usually and there are many people who will pay good money for them And those alternate art cards (cultivate, lightning bolt, etc.) are also worth money. Time Warp, alone, is worth 15 bucks. Demonic Tutor is worth close to 50

Love your Apple product and Magic ASMR videos! I will always watch those videos that you make. So the black icon ones are commons, the silver icon ones are Uncommons, the gold icon ones are rares, and the orange ones are mythic rares. The cards in the back that look different (example: Cultivate, Demonic Tutor) are Mystical Archive cards that are reprints of past cards.
