Exploit is not a new mechanic, it was first introduced in dragons of Tarkhir I.E. Silumgar. Also spin down dice are random, as long as the dice is well made every face is equally likely, no matter how the faces are numbered.

Yes, theoretically, if rolled without intent, spin-down dice are just as random as a regular d20. However, it's possible to roll them in such a way that you'll skew your numbers to the higher or lower range of values, so that's why people say they're less random.

Cavern of Souls is a great pull 😮 Get Lost seems like a sleeper hit to me as well, for 2 mana it can target a lot at instant speed and replacing it with a map token doesnt give your opponent a boost.
