Bifana, Prego and Francesinha. Those are the three you should try. Bifana is a crusty roll with pork marinated in white wine and paprika then cooked in pork fat if possible, will be good cooked in olive oil as well. Prego is a thin beef sliced sandwich with mustard and spicy bbq sauce. And a Francesinha is a sandwich made with pork sausages, frying steak, ham and a ton of cheese and a Francesinha sauce which you can buy online for about 3.50 or you can make your own I don’t know the ingredients off the top of my head and then you put a fried egg on top of the sandwich make sure it’s sunny side up. Pastel de nata for dessert to complete it.
