I just informed ny hubby that we're going to have a huge salad bowl this week....mjam...springy freshness...I loved your ingredients! I like to add spinach leaves and avocado...but that's the best with salad, everyone can mix n match whatever he/she likes. Will definitely try out raw cauliflower.....and maybe top it with decadent salmon...thx for another perfect video....😍

I especially love salads in the summer when it gets so warm & humid that you don't want a hot, heavy meal. By the way, I love french fried onions in salad, too! I don't know if you'd be interested, but I make a salad with red leaf lettuce, crumbled blue cheese, toasted walnuts, pickled beets (drained and cut - put those on when ready to eat or you'll have pink blue cheese!) with red wine vinaigrette dressing. Thought you might like to try it, but not everybody is a lover of beets. You can always add other ingredients if you like. 😊
