Hello! I missed you all ♥ I am so sorry I was gone for so long! This wasn't planned by any means so let me explain what happened :/ My microphone broke and my channel has had some major technical issues that are now solved TEMPORARILY and I have been busy with some other things in the mean time but I am happy to finally be back! I glued my mic together so it might not be a 100% but that's all I can do for now so please forgive me! I will get a new one hopefully soon but I do not know when so this will have to do for now. My entire channel got demonetized as well (one of the technical issues) meaning that I didn't make any money from my channel in the last 2 weeks which is a major problem for me since this is the only source of income together with patreon but it should be okay for now. I would however like to recommend patreon if you would like to support my work since KZbin support is slow, messed up my channel rankings and ads on youtube and is just not reliable anymore :/ Anyways! Here is the highly requested video that you guys have been asking for! Hi Nick. I totally agree but unfortunately being vegan in Canada is very expensive and I do not make enough to do so :P I've read many articles about it and it would be affordable in my home country the Netherlands but not here :/

I feel like I've tried every ASMR channel on YT and for some reason this one (being the first I ever saw years ago..) is still the only one that consistently calms me down and relieves this constant sense of pressure and anxiety that hangs over me while I'm doing computer work. ESPECIALLY the cooking/crafting videos with constant narration... The more simple and mundane the better. All the theatrical stuff on other channels is so distracting. I know you've been going through some challenges in the last couple years and I just want you to know what a positive difference your work has had on my daily life and how thankful I am.

Yes it was! That's why I decided to take a step back cause combined with my microphone that broke I was about to get pretty mad and frustrated :P That is not a good condition to film in so I am happy the problem got fixed temporarily for now and that I managed to glue my mic back together and that I cooled off for a bit :P

As a chef...that knife isn’t made for this purpose. You need a large 8-10” chef knife.

The large knife I usually use but because it was a bit too dark on the other side of the kitchen to film (that's where I have my knife block and big cutting board) I decided to use a small one instead which isn't as easy by far :P
