I was really excited to record this video because I LOVE exam asmr, especially if it involves visual triggers.
I made this video with an extra long visual portion because I happen to love creating visual content, and I think a lot of you enjoy watching that type of asmr.

I not used to comments on videos but I’m gonna use this space lol Today is my birthday and this is the first birthday that I can proudly say that I love myself, which is something new to me, through the past 5 years I’ve known the lowest of my lowest, going from multiple incidents of abuse, substance abuse, suicide attempts, rn I’m watching myself doing better, on my path to become a neuropsychologist, building new relationships with a trust and love foundation and overall being able to enjoy the view of this journey call life, appreciating and embracing this experience. The light behind the circle at around 30 min in made for a really nice anticipatory trigger when you almost got behind it but just scraped the edge, would love to see more of that. The visual triggers in general were amazing as always, thank you!
