The sound is different but it’s nice too - personally I think your energy is transcending no matter the sound if you are ready to receive your healing - Ms . Jezik I have been listening to you for years - at least 4 or 5 . You have helped me thru many trials and tribulations. You do Gods work . Or whatever label of love you identify. I went thru my 1 st major surgery listening to your asmr videos . I don’t have much money - 1 st grade teacher - but may I make a donation for your work - I want you to know you make and continue to make a huge difference in my life - bless you and keep You .

My adult daughter & I suffer from allergies & sinus infections. Neither one of us are able to tolerate the side effects of the antibiotics & they only give us temporary relief. I found Athena a few yrs ago & watched her lymphatic drainage videos & learned how to do it on my daughter. Now we do it on each other & it has given us much more relief than any medication ever did. Thank you Athena. ❤️

Thanks in advance for your support & kind words: gofund.me/987a652f 0:36 Move the silent water (lymphatic fluid). Begin by opening the clavicular nodes to assist with drainage of the lymphatic fluid. 1:14 Use gentle skin-stretching technique on the neck and face, focusing on the chin, nose and cheeks, always sending the fluid downward toward the clavicular nodes. 4:24 Hold the muscles of the back on either side of the neck, using the donkey-donkey technique so that you're never pressing into the muscle but letting it invite you in. 6:17 Make circular techniques around the ears. Gently rotate the skin on the front and backs of the ears. 6:43 Massage the flesh in front of the ear. Place the fingertips just into the ear and rotate in alternating directions. 7:35 Place the fingers over the forehead and temples and use skin-stretching techniques in a downward direction. 8:34 Place the fingertips at the base of the eyebrows, gently lifting the brow bones. 9:28 Manipulate the eyebrows between three fingers, lightly pinching as you go along. Lightly run fingers over the eyebrows. 10:18 Gently pump the eyes in a downward direction with an extremely light touch. 11:08 Gently rotate the eyeball and then take the fingers over the eyelids like rays of the sun. 12:00 Place hands over the forehead and sides of the face. Notice the subtle relaxation of the muscles and any changes that have taken place. 14:04 Return to the neck by sliding hands beneath the neck. Notice any remaining tension in the neck. Optionally assess range of motion with gentle neck rotations. 15:15 Make subtle undulations at the occipital base, fully supporting the weight of the head so the neck can remain relaxed. 15:34 Massage the scalp with subtle rotations of the skin. 16:04 Small circles behind the ears as you move toward the neck. Close with lymphatic skin-stretches on the back of the neck and upper chest.
