I love the outdoors! I personally liked the atmosphere of this location - the sound of the pool fountain, the wind chimes, and the birds chirping at times. I enjoy recording these videos and feeling stress free. We were lucky to catch the last of a rain shower at the beginning of the video recording.

I love to do outdoor massage, I had one client I did at his home twice a month. The setting was on his patio, underneath a very large oak tree. One day a small sparrow landed on a branch over us, I didnt think too much about it until a coopers hawk flew in and attacked the sparrow and tore it apart right over my client. Blood, guts and feathers rained down all over his back. I spent the next ten minutes cleaning him up so I could finish. Definitly an experience I will never forget. :)

Yo así empiezo el masaje. Muchas personas empiezan con el cliente boca abajo. Es algo individual el la masajista. La razón que prefiero empezar por la cabeza es porque no me gusta tocar los pies primero y a lo último la cara. La mayoría de la tensión se encuentra en el cuello y hombros. Thank you for this great question!!! There are many benefits to massage. Let’s start by saying that is is the oldest healing methods recorded by Egyptians, Chinese and India. We have 11 body systems & it affects every single one of them. When you relax your blood pressure goes down thus it’s good for your heart. The strokes help circulate the blood thus carrying it to needed tissues. It definitely affects the nervous system activating the parasympathetic system of rest & digest. It helps with digestion and for people that are constipated there’s a technique for that too. The lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump (like the heart) it moves lymph by skeletal muscle movements so massage really helps to move lymph! Respiration becomes less labored & we teach them to take deep breaths. Endocrine system circulates the hormones in the blood so we help with blood flow to make sure it circulates to every affected gland. Oh and of course the muscular system! We manipulate the muscles wether to help them relax or specially if it’s Injured! I just convinced myself I need to book my massage! After writing this I am reminded of how beneficial massage is! Thank you for your question! I hope you see massage in a different light. I could have gone on however I didn’t want to bore you. Lol.

Another great massage. I have been massaged many times but I have never had an outdoor massage and have always wanted one. I fantasize about having one done in the middle of a beautiful shaded back yard garden, with no one around just me, the therapist, and the chirping birds. I have been hearing from some friends that clients are requesting outdoor massages to have better airflow and lower risk. Given our warm summer weather it seems like a great idea!

It is very difficult to massage them. You do the same techniques on large people it just takes a little more pressure. We have to go through adipose tissue to get to the muscles. I don’t have anyone large like that anymore so I can’t do a video for you anytime soon. Just do your best without hurting yourself!
