Pop tarts have sugar and sugar (+carbs) causes weight gain. I imagine SAS also goes to the gym. She also might not gain weight as easily. Also we don’t see much of her in the ASMR videos so we wont know how much of a “figure” she has because of how she sits. Anyways, pop tarts are terrible for you and the amount of sugar causes weight gain.

@@trol_8889 lol... noodles=carbs-->convert to sugar. Eggs=protein/fat Chicken=protein fat. And she has a lot of sweets videos out there. My best guess is shes lucky has a fast metabolism and does devote a good portion of time offline to working out.... Read the ingredients in some of the food she eats... 1200mg of sodium in a full pack of ramen... she should be a balloon of water weight... 1 poptart should not make you gain explode... but I unfortunately like the previous post I have the same problem it feels like D: SAS should post a: this is the magic I use not to gain weight vid.
